ASICS LONDON 10K

Join Muntada Aid at this year's ASIC 10K and help us provide free heart operations to children suffering from congenital heart defects in Asia and Africa. Dash past iconic central London sights Big Ben, the London Eye and the River Thames in a 10K race to remember on 14th July.

All participants receive access to our free training runs, race day entertainment, a finisher medal and rewards from our partners.

The Route

Thousands of runners will wind their way through Central London together. As well as seeing some of London's top landmarks, you'll also run past the True Geographical Centre of London, down closed Regent Street, the Strand and Embankment, and get the best view across the river of the London Eye.

Once you cross the finish line, collect your much-deserved ASICS London 10K medal and race rewards from our partners before celebrating at the post-race festivities.
