Another 10 Successful Operations Performed in Somalia
Muntada Aid’s Little Hearts Mission in Somalia
Our Palestine Trauma Centre team from Gaza recently shared this video with us; the first noises you hear in this video are of drones flying over the camp as children work with one of our psychologists in Gaza.
On the second day of our Little Hearts deployment in Somalia, our team conducted another 10 operations taking the total count to 20 operations since the team started their latest mission to this troubled East African nation.
Our latest mission in Somalia is our 56th Little Hearts mission of saving children suffering from congenital heart defects.
Through these missions, we provide children with free access to medical care.
For each mission, we assemble a team of international doctors and professionals from various parts of the world.
We aim to reach children from underprivileged families and bring care closer to their homes and towns.
All of this is possible because of the donations made in the UK and worldwide for our Little Hearts mission.
This is our first mission to Somalia.
Thank you for your support.
